In 2016 the new committee took the May Fair back to the town and back to its community roots. After three years with overwhelming positive feedback from residents, businesses, exhibitors and the wider community, the new-new committee will be keeping the event in the town for 2019.

The Saltash May Fair has an estimated footfall of around 4,500 throughout the whole day over Fore Street, Victoria Gardens and Longstone Park.

EXHIBITION SPACES:
£15.00 – Charity (Longstone Park or Fore Street)
£35.00 – Exhibitor (Longstone Park or Fore Street)
£80.00 – Food Vendor (Longstone Park only)

Exhibitor spaces consist of a 3m x 3m space only.

Spaces are allocated over Longstone Park and Fore Street.

Requests for exhibitor locations or requirements will be taken into account, but cannot be guaranteed.

For Saltash retailers with a shop front the £15.00 fee will reserve you a space on Fore Street. This can be refunded at the end of the event, once you have attended for the whole event. If it is not collected on the day it will be donated to the event budget for the following year. This is to ensure large gaps are not left on Fore Street.
