Trading times: Saturday Event – 12noon – 7pm If you are unable to attend the whole event then do not book to attend.
Exhibitor spaces are 3m x 3m (space only)—please bring your own setup. While we’ll consider requests for locations, these cannot be guaranteed.

Tables, chairs, and coverings are not provided.
Requests for specific locations are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment confirms your agreement to our standard terms and conditions. Please be sure to review our environmental and gazebo policies.
Spaces will not be held without payment. If you book, but do not pay within 14 days, your booking will be removed.
All exhibitors should eliminate the use of single use plastics or face removal from the event, and follow our environmental policies (point 10).
All exhibitors selling toys should ensure they are UKCA/CE marked (point 8.10).
No on-sale alcohol vendors or inflatables, or children’s rides need apply.
