Diverse Events CIC are honoured to be working alongside Callington MayFest, which is in its 11th year!

The festival in 2024 will take place on 11th May with Callington full of singing, dancing, and stalls, as well as the grand procession. Enjoy performances on 3 Stages from a cornucopia of well-known Cornish bands and Performers, Shanty Crews, Vikings, Kids Theatre, Morris dancers, and Town Criers. Setup – 07:30 – 09:30
Event – 10:00 – 18:30

Access to parking – 07:30 – 09:00 / 17:30 onward. The parking field will be locked outside of these times.

Exhibition space provided is 3m x 3m only.
Spaces will not be held without payment.
No tables, chairs, coverings, or electricity is provided.
No generators should be used on site.

Part of the event has a parade pass by the market stalls. Stalls must not overspill their area and must ensure a clear walkway with no overhanging signs or shade covers.

Please note that a large amount of the event is on a hill. Table leg extenders or blocks will likely be required to make tables level. Additionally many of the stalls will be half on a pavement and half off. Please lay out the stall accordingly. An example of how to set our your stall can be seen in the following image:

All exhibitors should eliminate the use of single use plastics or face removal from the event, and follow our environmental policies (point 10).
