Exhibitor spaces: 3m x 3m (space only)—please bring your own setup.
Important Information
No Power: Please note that no electricity is provided.
Setup: Tables, chairs, and coverings are not provided. All pitches are on hard standing ground.
Bookings & Liability: Diverse Events CIC is acting as booking agent and market manager only for this event. Diverse Events CIC is not responsible for the decisions of Candlelit Dartmouth Limited, the entertainment provided, or general event content. Furthermore, Diverse Events CIC is not liable for any finances, as all funds are passed directly to Candlelit Dartmouth Limited.
Location: While we’ll consider requests for specific locations, these cannot be guaranteed.
Payment: Spaces will not be held without payment. If you book but do not pay within 14 days, your booking will be removed. Payment confirms your agreement to our standard terms and conditions.
Sustainability: All exhibitors must eliminate the use of single-use plastics or face removal from the event. Please ensure you follow our environmental policies.

In sending payment exhibitors shall indemnify Candlelit Dartmouth and all event staff from and against actions, costs, losses (including legal fees), claims or demands in respect of any accident, damage, death or injury to any person or property arising directly or indirectly from the exhibitor's use of their pitch.
To the maximum extent permitted in law, you agree that candlelit Dartmouth are not responsible for any financial losses, or for any loss or damage to your equipment, goods or personal belongings and for any personal injury to you or any part or person connected with you.
Candlelit Dartmouth reserve the right to delay, cancel, shorten or terminate Candlelit Dartmouth without notice in the event of adverse weather conditions, emergency situations or for any other reason beyond reasonable control. Exhibitors will be informed in writing by email of any such decision or verbally if on site in the event of an incident.
No refunds or compensation of any sort will be paid to stallholders who fail to attend Candlelit Dartmouth or where we have exercised the right to delay, cancel, shorten or terminate the event. After Friday 21st November 2026, no money will be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
