Exhibitor spaces are 3m x 3m (space only)—please bring your own setup. While we’ll consider requests for locations, these cannot be guaranteed.

Please Note:

• Tables, chairs, and coverings are not provided.
• Requests for specific locations are taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.
• Payment confirms your agreement to our standard terms and conditions. Please be sure to review our environmental and gazebo policies.
• Spaces will not be held without payment. If you book, but do not pay within 14 days, your booking will be removed.
• All exhibitors should eliminate the use of single use plastics or face removal from the event, and follow our environmental policies (point 10).
• No on-sale alcohol vendors or inflatables, or children’s rides need apply.

Prices

£24.00+£1.00 tree – Charity
£99.00+£1.00 tree – Exhibitor
£219.00+£1.00 tree – Food Vendor – Limited to 11 + 1 ice-cream

All booking include £1.00 to ‘purchase a tree‘. Each tree planted sequesters an estimated 0.3 tonnes of CO2. If you cancel your booking, or the event is cancelled, the £1.00 tree will not be refunded.

Retail stalls are half on a pavement and half off. Please lay out the stall accordingly. An example of how to set out your stall can be seen in the following image:
