Trading Details
Dates & Times:
Fore Street (Saturday only): 10:00 – 16:00
Longstone Park (Saturday): 10:00 – 20:00
Longstone Park (Sunday): 09:00 – 15:00 (Not compulsory to stay for Sunday)
Location: Fore Street, Victoria Gardens, & Longstone Park, Saltash
Exhibitor Spaces: 3m x 3m (space only)—please bring your own setup.
Longstone Park: Reserved for all food vendors (limited to 10 + ice cream + 1 dessert) and ‘festival’ style traders.
Fore Street: Reserved for standard exhibitors, charities, and shop front spaces.
Important Information
Power & Generators: No electricity is provided. No generators may be used without prior consent.
Prohibited Traders: No on-sale alcohol vendors or inflatables will be accepted.
Setup & Terrain: Tables, chairs, and coverings are not provided. Please note that Fore Street is on a hill – table leg extenders or levelling blocks will be required to make your display level.
Location Allocation: While requests for specific locations or requirements will be taken into account, they cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Tree Contribution: Spaces will not be held without payment. All bookings include a £1.00 contribution to plant a tree (sequestering an estimated 0.3 tonnes of CO2). In the event of a cancellation, the £1.00 tree contribution is non-refundable.
Sustainability: All exhibitors must eliminate the use of single-use plastics or face removal from the event. Please ensure you strictly follow our environmental policies (point 10)
