Saltash May Fair 2025

The Saltash May Fair has an estimated footfall of around 4,500 throughout the whole day over Fore Street, Victoria Gardens and Longstone Park.

EXHIBITION SPACES:
£20.00 – Charity (Fore Street only)
£45.00 – Exhibitor (Fore Street only – unless very specific ‘festival’ style trader)
£85.00 – Food Vendor (Longstone Park only)

Exhibitor spaces consist of a 3m x 3m space only.

Spaces are allocated over Longstone Park and Fore Street.
Longstone will be for all food vendors, and any ‘festival’ style traders.

Fore Street – Saturday only – 10am – 4pm
Longstone Park – Saturday – 10am – 8pm
Longstone Park – Sunday – 9am – 3pm (not compulsory to stay till the Sunday).

Requests for exhibitor locations or requirements will be taken into account, but cannot be guaranteed.

For Saltash retailers with a shop front the £15.00 fee will reserve you a space (3m x 3m, as above) on Fore Street, outside of your shop.

No tables, chairs, coverings, or electricity is provided.
No generators to be used without prior consent.
No on-sale alcohol vendors, or inflatables, need apply.

Please note that Fore Street is on a hill. Table leg extenders, or blocks will be required to make your tables level.

Spaces will not be held without payment.

All exhibitors should eliminate the use of single use plastics or face removal from the event, and follow our environmental policies (point 10).
