Diverse Events CIC are honoured to be working with Callington Lions to help deliver the 2025 Callington Honey Fair.

As the only town in Cornwall that still retains a Honey Fair, the streets of Callington are given over to craft stalls, a Town Crier competition, live music, a fun fair and those all important honey competitions. Always a friendly community event, many local charities and organisations participate and the Town’s churches join in with exhibitions.

The fair has been running annually since 1267 until the 1940’s and was brought back to life in 1978. You can view a history of the event on the Callington Lions website.

Cost includes a 3m x 3m space only. No tables, chairs, lights or coverings are provided.

Spaces will not be held without payment.

Please note that a large amount of the event is on a hill. Table leg extenders or blocks will likely be required to make tables level. Additionally many of the stalls will be half on a pavement and half off. Please lay out the stall accordingly. An example of how to set our your stall can be seen in the following image:

We run PLASTIC FREE events. Ensure no single use plastic is used. Ensure your items are sustainable and not mass-produced plastic.

No generators should be used on site. Electrical hookup for food vendors will be charged at cost post-event (£264 plus fuel divided by the amount of stalls with electricity).
